ABOUT Sarah
Hi! I'm Sarah, and I've been in the fitness industry since 2008. As well as working as both a Group Training Instructor and Personal Trainer, I also spent 5 years working with the research team at Les Mills International, meaning I have a unique understanding of exercise science and research.
My strengths lie in helping new people navigate the gym, as well as more seasoned exercisers to get more out of their workouts. I specialize in helping people build strength, feel better in their bodies, and develop great fitness habits. An avid CrossFitter, I was also a finalist in the Exercise New Zealand Awards for 2020.
